The 17-year-old C. japonica chance seedling first bloomed in 1976. It was originated by Mrs. H. S. Stone, Baton Rouge, LA.
Bloom: The miniature (2" wide x 1" deep) formal double bloom is rose with salmon overcast. Opens early without gibbing. The cventer petals are incurved.
Plant: Plant growth is average and very slow.
Leaf: Dark green leaves.
Bloom season: Early to midseason.
