This 10-year-old chance C. japonica seedling first bloomed in 1993 and was originated by Walter Homeyer of Macon, Georgia and propagated by Marvin Jernigan of Warner Robins, Georgia and Massee Lane Gardens of Fort Valley, Georgia.

Bloom: The large to very large 5" x 2" semi-double torose form double flower is pink with white anthers, white filaments, and has 24 petals. Blooms profusely, blooms fall in one piece, shows good substance, heavy petal texture, and consistent form.

Plant: Upright with average spreading growth and landscape possibilities.

Leaf: Dark green leaves are 4" x 2. 5".

Bloom Season: Midseason to late
