This reticulata hybrid of reticulata 'Arc of Triumph' x reticulata hybrid 'Jean Pursel' first bloomed in 1988. It was originated by Jack Mandarich of Garner, North Carolina and proagated and registered by Hulyn Smith of Valdosta, Georgia in 2007.

Bloom: The very large 6.50" rose pink semi-double to rose form flower is rose pink with gold anthers and white filaments. The bloom is long lasting. It is a profuse bloomer with consistent form.
