This 9-year-old C. reticulata chance seedling of ‘Frank Houser’ first bloomed in 2008. It was originated, registered and propagated by Howard Rhodes of Tallahassee, Florida.
Bloom: The large sized 4.25” x 3.25” rose form double form flower is dark pink. It has bright yellow anthers and white filaments. It is a profuse bloomer with long lasting flowers that fall in one piece with consistent form.
Plant: The plant habit is spreading. The growth rate is average. The plant is suitable for landscaping and exhibition uses.
Leaf: The medium green leaves average 5” x 2.5” with medium serration.
Bloom season: Midseason to late.
