This 15-year-old C. japonica first bloomed in 2006. It was originated, registered and propagated by Gena Owens Fredrickson of Wilmington, North Carolina.

Bloom: The small sized 3” x 2” semidouble form flower is red. It has yellow anthers and white filaments with 29 petals. It is a profuse bloomer with heavy petal texture and long lasting flowers that fall in one piece.

Plant: The plant habit is upright and dense. The growth rate is average. The plant is suitable for landscaping and exhibition uses.

Leaf: The dark green leaves average 4” x 2.5” with low serration.

Bloom season: Early to late.
