This C. japonica sport of 'Elaine's Betty' first bloomed in 2010. It was originated, registered and propagated by Gordon Rabalais of Arnaudville, Louisiana.
 
Bloom: The medium sized  3"-4" x 2"-3" (treated 4"-5" x 2.5"-3.5") loose peony to rose form double form flower is glossy white with pink streaks. It has gold anthers and pale yellow filaments. This profuse bloomer falls in one piece is long lasting with heavy petal texture. The blooms have consistent form and fimbriation. The tips of the petals are green at the bud stage which opens very ruffled and fimbriated.
 
Plant: The plant habit is upright and spreading. The growth rate is average. The plant is suitable for landscaping and exhibition uses.
 
Leaf: The medium green leaves are highly serrated and average 3"-4" x 2"-3".
 
Bloom season: Midseason.
