This 7-year-old C. japonica seedling of 'Lady Laura' first bloomed in 2015. It was originated, registered and propagated by James Smelley of Moss Point, Mississippi.

Bloom: The medium sized 3.75" x 2" rose form double flower is pink with slightly ruffled petals. It has yellow anthers and white filaments. The bloom is long lasting with consistent form and falls in one piece.

Plant: The plant habit is upright. The growth rate is vigorous. The plant is suitable for landscaping and exhibition uses.

Leaf: The dark green leaves average 3.75” x 2.25” with low serration.

Bloom season: Early to late.
