This 9-year-old C. hybrid chance seedling first bloomed in 2015. It was originated, registered and propagated by Jill and Glenn Read of Lucedale, Mississippi.

Bloom: The small sized 2.5" x 1.75" loose peony form flower is dark to medium pink shading to a soft frosted pink. It has yellow anthers and white filaments. This profuse bloomer is long lasting with consistent form and falls in one piece. The rose red buds open to pronounced shades of stacked colors ranging from rose red to dark and medium pink and shading to a soft frosted pink with white overtones intermixed with white petaloids and stamens.

Plant: The plant habit is upright and dense. The growth rate is vigorous. The plant is suitable for landscaping and exhibition uses.

Leaf: The dark green leaves average 2” x 1.25” with low serration.

Bloom season: Midseason to late.
