This C. hybrid sport of 'Egao' from sasanqua  japonica was fitst observed in 1991 and flowered on propagation for 8 years on 30 different plants. Originated and propagated by Nuccio's Nurseries of Altadena, California.

Bloom: The semidouble, loose peony ruffied blooms are pink with a very distinctive zigzag growth habit. The flowets show unique form measuring 2.5-3 inches with 15 petals.

Plant: Dense and spreading with average growth. The plant is a profuse bloomer and blooms have unique form and fall in one piece. Plant is dense, spreading with average growth rate. Landscape and exhibition possibilities.

Leaf. Dark green leaves are 2.5 x 1 inches.

Bloom season: Early to midseason.
