Bloom: Large to very large cerise-red, rose form double to formal double with large, very well imbricated petals that adhere strongly to the tortus. Blooms remain on the plant for a long time and it acquires a purple violet tone as the bloom ages. It is recorded as a seedling of 'Anemoniflora' x 'Sieboldii' ('Leeana Superba') raised by Mathot of Ghent, Belgium.
Plant: Vigorous habit; strong, brown and very heavily foliaged branches.
Leaves: Very large and thick, of a dark green and very dentate.
