This 10-year-old C. japonica chance seedling first bloomed in 2015. It was originated and propagated by Robert Allen "Skip" Madsen and registered by Robert Williams of Charleston, South Carolina. 
 
Bloom:  The large sized 4.75" x 2" semi-double to loose peony form flower is white. It has yellow anthers and white filaments. This bloom has a consistent form and falls in one piece.              
 
Plant:  The plant habit is upright. The growth rate is average. The plant is suitable for landscaping and exhibition uses.              
 
Leaf:  The dark green leaves have low serration and average 3.5" x 1.75".              
 
Bloom season:  Early.
