This 8-year-old C. japonica chance seedling first bloomed in 2010. It was originated and registered by C. M. and Lillian Gordy of Ocala, Florida and propagated by Loch Laurel Nursery of Valdosta, Georgia.

Bloom: The medium sized 4” x 2” semidouble form flower is deep pink. It has bright gold anthers and pink filaments. It is a profuse bloomer that falls in one piece with heavy petal texture and consistent form.

Plant: The plant habit is upright. The growth rate is vigorous. The plant is suitable for landscaping and exhibition uses.

Leaf: The medium green leaves average 3.25” x 1.5” with medium serration.

Bloom season: Midseason.
