This 16-year-old C. japonica chance seedling first bloomed in 2009. It was originated by Lillian Gordy of Ocala, Florida and registered by Mark Crawford of Valdosta, Georgia and propagated by Loch Laurel Nursery of Valdosta, Georgia.
Bloom: The medium sized - 3.75" x 1.5" (treated 4.5" x 2") formal double to rose form double flower is red. This profuse bloomer falls in one piece and has heavy petal texture and consistent form.
Plant: The plant habit is upright and open. The growth rate is average. The plant is suitable for landscaping and exhibition uses.
Leaf: The dark green leaves have low serration and average 4.5" x 2".
Bloom season: Midseason to late.
